I got to design the annual Festive Yarra for 2025. The brief was to taking the previous design from ‘contemporary’ to a bit more ‘traditional Christmas’ look and feel, to match the three Town Hall gol, red and green decorations.
The result was a bright Christmas campaign that worked well as flags, stage banners for the local annual public park event, bin corflutes, as well as email banners and social media.
Bold visuals, joyful message, and high visibility with strong brand presence.
Appointed via IVE Group I worked closely with the client to develop the product brochure for Rhino-Rack Australia, New Zeeland and USA. This was later used for translation to other languages.
I worked on this from concept to rollout, including layout, illustration and photo retouching.
Refresh of the City of Yarras Annual report design template.
Update layout, font size and make sure all colours are aligned with the council’s brand guidelines. Candid, local images, and charts to make it clearer, consistent with the brand, and more engaging. Making sure print and digital versions are accessible and responsive.
To create an extra level of clarity and impact, I designed an illustrative icon system tied in with a colour designated to each chapter of the ‘Community Vision and Council Plan’ segment.
This new template also served as the base for the Community Quarterly reports.
Rebrand of Simpli U Candles.

I was thrilled to work on the 2023 BankSa Corner at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, via IVE Group.
The task was to dress up this Rubik's Cube of event hub, blending that year’s Fringe Festival poster creative with Bank SA’s branding.
The result was an interwoven design, featuring Bank SA’s mascot; the fabulous Piping Shrike appearing in the poster artwork, flowing from one panel to the other. It evoked festive movement, merging and marrying both the Bank SA branding and the festival assets.
One of the first jobs I had the joy of working with at City of Yarra local council was a Domestic Animal Management project to address the issue of people not cleaning up after their dogs in shared spaces like parks and sports ovals.
We had the idea that “There is no Dog Poo Fairy” to come and clean up - you must do it.
The results was a small, friendly fairy as the campaign mascot; a practical, warm character who quietly and magically picks up dog poo. The campaign encourages responsible dog ownership using a slightly whimsical yet matter-of-fact tone.
I made the fairy wear a utility belt with a bone-shaped bag holder and all colors are in line with the City of Yarra brand guidelines. Bold, legible text with headline clearly readable at a distance, secondary copy small and concise, and a clear call-to-action. I then created a simple gif direction for the animator who created this PSA video.
Positioning of A1 corflutes by entrances of the fenced off areas of dog park and sport oval fences. Material is recycled to consider the environment and yet durable enough to withstand Melbourne weather wear and tear.
